idk wht u tlkin bout.
this guys wrists are really F'd up cuz nobody can do tht excercise and bend their wrists in a perfect line up unless using like 5lbs
Anyway, proper form = no wrist injuries.
The image i have in my mind when i hear that:
a glove wearing muscless girlyman nerd in a pink muscle shirt and flip flop.
the forearms are the the last link between all the other muscles and the object you want to lift or destroy. If they are weak, you are weak. Why would you neglect them?
The deadlift is the best muscle builder of all time, NO muscles are in full range with the deadlift.
For some people, they get a good enough pump in the forearms on back or biceps day, others may need to have a specific time to train forearms.
To say that a certain lifting program or exercise is the best one out there or there is only one way to lift for everyone is simply not true.
